Role Overview

• The ideal candidate will provide legal research, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the review of legal documentation within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and provide insights on regulatory and compliance matters.
• Review, draft, and analyse contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor regulatory updates relevant to the financial services industry.
• Assist in preparing legal reports, opinions, and documentation.
• Provide legal support to internal departments when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
• 2–5 years of relevant legal experience (preferably in financial services or corporate law).
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and professionalism.

Salary

N150,000 monthly.
