Fleet Supervisor
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time GPS tracking systems across all active routes; flag and investigate
- Coordinate daily driver dispatches, ensure precise trip scheduling, and manage terminal logbooks.
- Audit fuel efficiency metrics for each vehicle and run weekly compliance checks on fuel card usages.
- Manage compliance documents, ensuring all fleet assets possess active LASDRI permits, hackney permits, comprehensive insurance, and roadworthiness certificates.
- Interface directly with corporate clients regarding vehicle replacement requests or lease logistics.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of verifiable experience in managing large commercial or corporate fleets in Nigeria.
- Advanced proficiency in using Fleet Management Software.
- Strong crisis-management skills to handle highway emergencies or breakdowns.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
