Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests professionally.
• Guide guests to their seats and assist with reservations where necessary.
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Respond to guest inquiries politely and professionally.
• Ensure the reception and waiting area remain clean and organized.
• Coordinate with waiters and management for smooth guest service.
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart appearance and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Must be polite, confident, and well-presented.
