Job Summary
- We are seeking a competent and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the full operations of our Abuja store.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, driving sales, and ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
- This role requires someone who can work independently, take initiative, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store efficiently
- Ensure the store is fully prepared and operational before opening hours
- Record daily sales, expenses, and transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store
- Supervise store assistants and coordinate with delivery riders
- Provide regular updates and performance reports
- Implement strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or store management
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Trustworthy, responsible, and accountable
- Must be based in Abuja (preferably around Wuse 2)

- Smart, presentable, and professional
- Goal-oriented and performance-driven
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of social media/online sales is an added advantage.
Salary
N150,000/month + Performance Bonus
