Our client, a reputable full-service commercial law firm, is hiring a Corporate/Commercial Associate.
The ideal candidate will support corporate transactions, contract drafting, legal advisory, regulatory compliance, and due diligence activities across diverse industries.
Requirements
• LL.B & B.L qualification
• 3–7 years post-call experience
• Strong corporate/commercial law experience
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience in M&A, finance, energy, telecoms, or compliance is an advantage

• Strong commercial awareness
• Ability to manage multiple transactions within deadlines
• High professionalism and confidentiality standards
Remuneration
₦5,000,000 – ₦6,000,000 per annum (competitive, based on experience and capability)
