Marketing Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Devise a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy to drive qualified traffic and generate sales.
- Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the real estate trend and new market opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain the company’s brand identity.
- Manage advertising, promotions, and public relations activities.
- Oversee marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy flyers, brochures and others.
- Oversee digital marketing: SEO, social media, email campaigns, online ads.
- Plan and execute offline campaigns: events, activations, exhibitions.
- Support the sales team with lead generation and marketing materials.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and external partners.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
- Track and report on campaign performance and ROI.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years proven experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret marketing data and trends.
- Experience managing campaigns and marketing budgets.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
- Real estate marketing experience is a strong advantage.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have practical driving experience for site visits, client meetings, and property inspections.
