Operations Manager

Description
- We are seeking a disciplined, experienced, and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our daily business activities.
- The ideal candidate will be a mature professional with a proven track record of leadership and a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Manage staff schedules, performance, and workplace discipline.
- Coordinate supply chain, inventory, or service delivery (as applicable).
- Implement and maintain operational policies and safety standards.
- Report directly to senior management on KPIs and operational bottlenecks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or operations management role.
- Strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency in basic office software
Location:
- Candidates must reside within close proximity to Ayobo, Iyana-Ipaja, Igando, Ikotun, Ikeja, Egbeda, or Abule-Egba.
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Net Salary
N200,000 per month.
