Pharmacy Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT) 

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate pharmacy activities across all branches
• Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards
• Monitor stock management, dispensing processes, and branch performance
• Train, mentor, and manage pharmacy staff
• Implement operational improvements and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Must be 40 years and above
• Degree in Pharmacy with valid professional license
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in pharmacy operations and management
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and administrative skills
• Ability to coordinate and monitor branch pharmacy activities
• Sound knowledge of regulatory compliance, inventory control, and customer service
• Must be disciplined, mature, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to travel across branches when necessary.
