Social Media Manager / Content Creator

Job Summary
- We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and results-driven Social Media Manager/Content Creator to manage our digital presence, create engaging content, grow online engagement, and strengthen brand visibility across all social platforms.
- The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement, with the ability to create both strategic and day-to-day content that drives brand awareness and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media content strategies
- Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content for social platforms
- Manage daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.
- Plan and maintain content calendars
- Monitor trends and create relevant real-time content
- Increase audience engagement, followers, and brand visibility
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams for campaigns
- Cover events, behind-the-scenes activities, and product promotions
- Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports
- Manage community engagement and respond to messages/comments.
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in social media management/content creation
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social trends
- Skilled in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
- Basic photography/videography and editing skills
- Strong copywriting and storytelling ability
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in e-commerce, lifestyle, furniture, retail, or manufacturing brands
- Ability to create viral/trending content
- Portfolio or social media samples required
