Front Desk Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing assistance and direction as needed.
- Register patients by collecting and verifying personal and insurance information accurately.
- Schedule appointments for patients, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely service delivery.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly, directing calls to appropriate departments or individuals as necessary.
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharges, assisting with paperwork and facilitating smooth transitions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, including managing patient forms, informational materials, and office supplies.
- Assist in managing patient flow by coordinating with medical staff and other departments to minimize wait times and maximize efficiency.
- Respect patient confidentiality and privacy by safeguarding sensitive information and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with other hospital staff members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
- BSc./ BA / HND qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Salary
N250,000 monthly.
