Job Summary
- As the Head Nurse, you will provide leadership and oversight of nursing services within the dialysis unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient operations, and full compliance with clinical standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and manage daily operations of the dialysis unit
- Implement and monitor clinical procedures to ensure quality patient care
- Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and treatment processes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, documentation, and safety standards
- Lead training, performance management, and continuous development of nursing staff
Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc)
- Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (RN) license
- Minimum of 4 years experience in dialysis or related specialty, with leadership exposure
- Strong knowledge of clinical operations, patient care, and healthcare compliance.
Salary
NGN 335,000 – 384,000 Month.
