Area Sales Manager

Job Summary
- As the Area Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth, manage distributor and customer relationships, and oversee sales operations within assigned territories for frozen and chilled food products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets
- Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities within assigned territories
- Supervise field sales activities and ensure effective route-to-market execution
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and support expansion initiatives within the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum of 4 years experience in FMCG sales, preferably within frozen or chilled food distribution
- Industry experience in frozen/chilled food distribution is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of sales operations, distributor management, and market expansion strategies.
Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
