Business Developer - Cleaning Services

Role Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to support the growth of a cleaning company.
- The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients in the residential and commercial cleaning sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare proposals and presentations; negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
- Track sales activities and provide regular reports on progress toward targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience as a BD in a similar sector.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in service-related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
- Knowledge of cleaning service operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.
- Experience in the Cleaning or facility management industry is a must!
Salary
NGN 400,000 / Month (Plus commission).
