Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Supervisor to oversee operations for a cleaning company.
- The ideal candidate will lead and manage cleaning teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering a productive and structured work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams to achieve daily operational goals.
- Develop and manage team schedules to ensure seamless workflow.
- Monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and promptly address challenges.
- Enforce compliance with company policies and cleaning standards.
- Communicate progress and performance metrics to management clearly and regularly.
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized systems and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND qualification.
- Mandatory: Previous supervisory experience in the cleaning industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license with competent driving skills.
- Candidates aged 30–40 years preferred (exceptions apply for outstanding candidates).
- Experience in a structured work environment is an added advantage.
- Must reside within the Lekki-Ajah axis for easy commute.
Remuneration
Competitive monthly salary of N150,000 - N200,000 based on experience and performance.
