Real Estate Finance & Investment Analyst
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and investment appraisal for real estate projects.
- Prepare feasibility studies, financial models, and cash flow projections.
- Analyze market trends, property values, and investment risks.
- Support property acquisition, development, and portfolio management activities.
- Monitor project budgets, financial performance, and return on investment (ROI).
- Prepare investment reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
- Liaise with financial institutions, consultants, and external stakeholders when required.
- Conduct due diligence on prospective real estate investments and partnerships.
- Assist in developing financing strategies for real estate projects.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company investment policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years relevant experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, or financial planning.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
- Good understanding of the Nigerian real estate market and investment environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Professional certification is an added advantage.
