Role Overview
The General Manager (GM) will provide overall strategic, operational, and cultural leadership across multiple restaurant locations. The role requires a hands-on, commercially astute leader with proven experience managing multi-branch hospitality operations, driving profitability, and embedding strong service culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across all restaurant branches
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring consistency in food quality, service, hygiene, and safety
- Lead, mentor, and develop branch managers and senior operational staff
- Manage budgets, forecasts, P&L, cost controls, and inventory systems
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian food safety regulations and labour laws
- Champion exceptional customer experience and brand standards
- Handle escalated customer issues and operational risks
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions and brand engagement
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8โ12 years hospitality or restaurant operations experience
- At least 4 years in a senior leadership or multi-branch management role
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian hospitality market
- Proven people leadership and financial management capability

Remuneration & Benefits
- Salary: โฆ1,000,000 โ โฆ2,000,000 per month (based on experience)
