Job Summary

This position is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the clinic, ensuring seamless service delivery, exceptional patient experience, regulatory compliance, and sustained business growth. This role requires a confident leader with strong commercial acumen, strong administrative experience and a polished corporate presence.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related discipline.

▪ Minimum of 5 years’ senior-level experience managing a private medical or surgical practice. A candidate with at least 7 years of experience in administration or operations in a non-healthcare setting but with at least 3 years in a managerial position may also apply.

▪ Postgraduate qualification (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) is highly desirable

▪ ICSAN, CMD, CIPM, CIPD, SHRM or any related professional qualification would be an added advantage.

▪ Strong understanding of private healthcare operations in Nigeria would be an added advantage.

▪ Executive leadership and people management capability.

▪ Strong financial, analytical, and commercial skills.

▪ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

▪ High standard relationship skills and providing services to High Net Worth Individuals.

▪ High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.

Salary & Benefits

- N500,000 - N700,000 monthly net (point on scale determined by background and experience)

- Benefits include Hybrid Work Pattern, Paid Leave and Health Services.
