𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Controller to provide end-to-end financial control, reporting, and governance across the company and its subsidiaries, while supporting strategic decision-making at Executive and Board levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial control, reporting, and governance across the Group, including management accounts and IFRS-compliant financial statements.

• Oversee JV accounting, cash calls, billings, partner reporting, and compliance with JOAs and budgets.

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and provide actionable financial insights for Executive and Board-level decisions.

• Strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance, including statutory, JV, and lender audits.

• Manage treasury, debt monitoring, financial risks, and lead the finance team to ensure performance and control excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; Master’s degree advantageous.

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).

• 12–15 years’ senior-level finance and accounting experience, preferably in upstream oil & gas (E&P).

• Proven expertise in JV accounting, statutory reporting, audits, regulatory compliance, and financial risk management.
