A fast-growing financial technology company in Lagos is looking for a Head of Operations to keep the engine running smoothly 🚀.

The primary objective of the Head of Operations is to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, strong regulatory compliance, and operational readiness for scale. This role is central to building structure, discipline, and resilience across the business while supporting growth and service excellence.

The ideal candidate will lead operational execution, work closely with regulators, strengthen internal processes, and ensure the business operates in line with regulatory, risk, and performance expectations.

Requirements

- 🎓 7–10+ years’ experience managing operations in a regulated financial institution (Banking Operations preferred)

- 📜 Strong understanding of Nigerian financial regulations, audits, and licensing requirements.

- 🧠 Highly organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and execution-focused.

- 🤝 Proven ability to work with regulators, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
