About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to Join our Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the structural engineer, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and review construction schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
- Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and safety compliance.
- Resolve any construction issues or delays promptly and efficiently.
- Document all site activities, changes, and incidents for record-keeping and reporting.
- Assist in budget management and cost control for the project.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in supervising construction of multi-story buildings.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural plans.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
