Job Summary
- The Business Development & Sales Representative is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth.
- The role involves building strong client relationships, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets while contributing to the overall growth strategy of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, outreach, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products/services, and negotiate contract terms to close deals.
- Maintain and grow a long term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Research industry trends (market analysis) and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of product/services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and business development activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably 3-5 years)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
