Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and compassionate Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) to join our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ conditions and provide appropriate healthcare support and guidance.
- Monitor vital signs and perform routine clinical procedures, including blood pressure checks, injections, and other basic treatments.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in line with physician directives.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation.
- Provide prompt assistance during emergencies and support urgent care interventions.
- Assist physicians during consultations, medical procedures, and minor surgeries.
- Uphold clinical best practices, safety protocols, and quality care standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant professional experience in a healthcare setting.
- Recognized CHEW qualification with registration under the appropriate regulatory body.
- Valid practicing licence is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting will be considered an added advantage.
- Must reside within Magodo, Shangisha, Ketu, or nearby areas.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
