Project Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish.
- The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while coordinating teams and resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance
- Track project progress and adjust plans as needed
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives
- Prepare and present project reports to management
- Manage project documentation and communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in project management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project or Trello
Preferred Skills:
- Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Experience with budgeting and resource allocation
- Strong decision-making and time management skills.
Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
