Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, materials, and equipment to various locations as required.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections, ensure maintenance needs are reported, and maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicles.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company safety policies, and driving regulations.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel records, and other required documentation.
• Provide excellent service to staff and visitors, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
• Support emergency or ad-hoc logistics requirements as needed
• Standby to cover for personnel on annual leave or supporting projects at off-site locations

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in corporate or logistics settings.
• Knowledge of road safety rules and vehicle maintenance basics.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, or weekends if required.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
