Admin / HR Executive
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities
- Lead the process of sourcing and securing suitable office space in Abuja in line with organisational requirements and budget.
- Oversee the setup of the office, including furniture, utilities, internet services, and office equipment
- Ensure the office environment remains safe, functional, and conducive to productivity.
- Manage relationships with facility managers and maintenance vendors.
- Oversee daily administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, trainings, and staff travel arrangements.
- Ensure adherence to organisational administrative procedures and policies.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, price negotiation, and purchase order management.
- Identify and evaluate vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Maintain an updated vendor database.
- Ensure procurement processes align with company policies and financial controls.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee enquiries and grievances and provide basic HR advisory support.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.
- Assist in training coordination and learning & development activities.
Qualifications
- First Degree in a relevant discipline with 4-5 years of proven administrative and HR experience in a similar role
- Professional HR certification is an added advantage
- Experience in structured corporate, financial services, or regulated environments is preferred.
