Facility Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations across assigned properties
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure buildings meet safety and quality standards
- Manage service providers (cleaners, security, technicians, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Handle tenant complaints and resolve facility-related issues promptly
- Monitor utility usage and manage cost-effective maintenance practices
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and service schedules
- Support property management team in ensuring optimal occupancy and tenant satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Estate Management, Engineering, or related field
- 2–4 years experience in facility or property management (real estate experience preferred)
- Good knowledge of building maintenance, safety regulations, and vendor management
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
- Proximity to Ikeja or its environs is an added advantage
