Human Resources Manager
Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and drive all HR functions within a fast-growing real estate organization.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a high-performance workforce, strengthening company culture, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for sales, operations, and corporate roles
- Drive performance management systems, including KPIs and appraisal frameworks
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal policies
- Lead training and development programs to improve workforce productivity
- Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits structure
- Build and promote a strong organizational culture focused on performance, accountability, and customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- 5 - 7 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR operations
- Prior experience in real estate, sales-driven, or service-based organizations is a strong advantage
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
