Job Description
- We are seeking high-caliber Business Champions with strong analytical capabilities to drive performance, ownership, and execution across multiple locations.
- This role is ideal for first-class graduates with backgrounds in Science, Engineering, or Finance, who are eager to apply data-driven thinking to solve business problems and deliver measurable impact.
- Successful candidates will demonstrate strong business acumen, leadership potential, and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to take initiative in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps across multiple locations.
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies to improve operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports.
- Support decision-making through data modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution of business initiatives.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery of measurable outcomes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for business tracking.
- Continuously identify process improvement opportunities using data insights.
Key Requirements
- First-class academic degree (mandatory) in Science, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
- 0–3 years experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to take ownership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of drive, professionalism, and execution discipline.
