Retail Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day supermarket operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and product display.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to improve business performance.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3-4 years experience as a Retail Manager or similar role in a supermarket or retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
