Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage visa fees, ticket payments, wallets, and digital transaction workflows.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and audit trails.
• Design and manage a full refund lifecycle system.
• Maintain debtor lists and review ageing weekly.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for all operational workflows.
• Conduct quality checks before submissions or payments.
• Manage relationships with airlines, GDS providers, visa portals, and payment partners.
• Produce weekly operational performance reports.
• Set up automated alerts for low balances.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–7 years' experience in operations or financial operations.
• Experience in travel, aviation, logistics, or service-based operations is an advantage.
• Highly tech-savvy with strong digital tool adoption skills and advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Strong financial and analytical capability.
