Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Track and analyze operational costs across freight, haulage, and warehousing activities.
- Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and financial discrepancies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with financial regulations.
- Support audit processes by preparing required documentation.
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Generate financial reports and insights to support business performance.
- Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes.
Requirements
- 4–5 years’ experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and compliance.
- Experience handling audits, tax processes, and financial reconciliations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel usage.
- High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple financial tasks and deadlines.
