What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning, creating, and executing cold email outreach and bulk email marketing campaigns for different audiences and goals.
- Writing compelling copy that drives clicks, engagement, and conversions.
- Managing and optimizing email automation flows and sequences.
- Segmenting audiences for targeted communication and improved results.
- Tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, etc.).
- Conducting A/B tests and using insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborating with sales and content teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Ensuring compliance with email regulations and deliverability best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in email marketing and cold outreach (preferably in B2B or digital marketing environments).
- Strong understanding of email automation and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Instantly, Mailchimp, Lemlist, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on metrics.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
