Operation Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Floor readiness: Ensure bar, lounge, kitchen, sound, lights, AC, restrooms are 100% set before doors open.
- Oversees daily club, lounge, or bar operations to ensure a smooth, professional atmosphere.
- Executes pre-opening checks, manages floor operations during service, and completes closing reports.
- Creates and enforces Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for front-of-house (FOH)
- Manages inventory, including inventory control, turnover, and purchasing of spirits, dry goods, and supplies.
- Utilizes POS systems (e.g., Square) and software for financial reports and daily upkeep.
- Sets weekly staff schedules and manages payroll, timekeeping, and tip distribution.
- Conducts regular team briefings to communicate special events, menu changes, or VIP guests.
- Maintains a positive, professional workplace and handles staff performance issues.
Salary
N500,000 monthly.
