Role Overview
- Nextzon Business Services Limited is seeking a proactive and creative Learning & Development (Training Officer) to drive capability development across the firm and client engagements.
- The ideal candidate will design, deliver, and evaluate impactful learning interventions that strengthen workforce performance and support business growth.
- This role requires someone who can combine instructional design, facilitation expertise, and digital learning innovation to create engaging and measurable training experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs aligned with business objectives and competency frameworks
- Develop high-quality learning materials, presentations, and digital content (including videos and microlearning modules)
- Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps across teams and projects
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate training records, reports, and learning documentation
- Support leadership development, consulting capability building, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Collaborate with business leaders to align learning interventions with project delivery needs
- Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance learning experience and accessibility.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR roles
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms
- Experience with digital learning tools or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
