Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a results-driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth organizational processes.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating activities, managing resources, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities of the organization.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor performance metrics and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Manage budgets, resources, and inventory effectively.
- Supervise staff and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management.
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in an operations or administrative management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary
N170,000 monthly.
