Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Strategic Planning: Developing comprehensive sales and marketing plans to meet company goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and managing marketing and sales staff to achieve performance objectives.
- Market Research: Analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and understanding consumer requirements.
- Campaign Management: Designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital media and advertising.
- Sales Target Achievement: Setting targets, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving sales revenue.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building relationships with key clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Salary
N150,000 - N450,000 monthly.
