Job Summary
- Bites By Anny Restaurant is seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods and desserts, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, breads, puff puff, meat pie, chicken pie, fish rolls and desserts
- Develop new recipes and improve existing ones
- Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and safety standards
- Monitor inventory and manage ingredient supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily production targets
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Must reside in or around Apo Resettlement, Abuja.
