Operation Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Operation Officer to manage daily operational activities.
- The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of BDC operations, risk control, and CBN regulatory requirements, with proven experience in driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities and workflow
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
- Monitor transactions for accuracy
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and auditors when required
- Identify operational risks and recommend control measures
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Prepare operational report
Requirements
- BSc or HND in any management course and from a notable university or poly
- 2–3 years’ experience in operations roles
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and record management systems.
Salary
N250,000 per month.
