Logistics Monitoring Officer
Location: Chevron, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery of customer orders
- Assign and manage delivery riders or third-party logistics partners
- Track shipments from dispatch to final delivery to ensure timeliness
- Communicate delivery updates to customers and internal teams
- Resolve delivery issues such as delays, failed deliveries, or incorrect orders
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, costs, and logistics activities
- Optimize delivery routes and processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency
- Ensure proper packaging and handling of products before dispatch
Requirements
- Good coordination and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with logistics operations
- Attention to detail.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
