Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Summary
- We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end production, logistics, quality control, and team coordination in a fast-growing juice brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and ensure efficiency
- Develop operational processes and improve workflows
- Manage staff across production and logistics teams
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Track performance metrics and optimize output
- Coordinate supply chain and inventory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or related fields
- 3 - 5 years experience in FMCG/food production
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing teams and processes.
