Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel.
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Manage incident response, including investigating and reporting security breaches.
- Recriut, train and mentor security personelson best practices and emergency procedures.
- Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on security operations and incidents.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role in the security industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of security operations, protocols, and regulations.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using security equipment and technology.
