Finance Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Finance Officer manages day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting,
- statutory compliance, and effective cost control.
- The role supports payroll, audits, and financial
- record-keeping, while working with Admin and Procurement to maintain efficient inventory,
- vendor management, and overall operational support.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing and vendor payments
- Prepare audit schedules and support annual audits
- Generate weekly and monthly financial/activity reports
- Compute and remit statutory obligations (PAYE, WHT, VAT, ITF, Pension, etc.)
- Process payroll in collaboration with HR/Admin
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping, cash records, and financial software postings
- Reconcile company accounts and monitor income/expenditure
- Liaise with government agencies on statutory payments and compliance
- Oversee staff claims, advances, and cost control for operational efficiency
- Maintain asset register and inventory records (in collaboration with
- Admin/Procurement)
- Support procurement by validating costs (freight, clearing, delivery) and sourcing
- cost-effective options
- Collaborate with Admin/Procurement on inventory tracking, goods receipt
- documentation, and consumables management (shared drive)
- Support operations, order fulfillment, and tender/presentation preparation
- Oversee financial activities of sister companies
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial information
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–3 years' relevant experiencein a finance or accounting role
- Progress toward or membership ofICAN, ACCA, or equivalent is an added advantage.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
