Industry: Logistics and Infrastructure

The HR Business Partner will be the go-to strategic HR partner for the company's business. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for all sites, handle client audits and visits, manage disciplinary issues, and keep the people engine humming. You’ll also design and run frequent town halls—both virtual and physically to keep everyone aligned and engaged.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (MBA or HR certification a plus).

* 5-7 years of strategic HRBP experience, preferably in logistics, outsourcing, manufacturing, or a fast-scaled environment.

* Proven track record as an HR Business Partner with exposure to employee relations and client-facing projects.

* Strong analytical skills, comfortable with HRIS and reporting tools.

* Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities; able to influence senior leadership and clients

* Excellent leadership qualities

* HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SC, PHR, ACIPM) required.

* Willingness to travel to client sites and work flexible hours when needed.
