Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Pharmacy Operations Lead to manage daily operations across designated pharmacies, including Hospital Pharmacies and Central Medical Stores.
- The ideal candidate will ensure efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client service while driving operational excellence within their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement, inventory, client engagement, and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and operational plans.
- Supervise pharmacy staff, conduct onboarding, and facilitate training.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve operational targets and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, minimize losses, and ensure proper storage of medicines.
- Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Address patient and stakeholder concerns while maintaining transparent communication.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Professional qualifications are an added advantage.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in pharmacy management or healthcare services.
- Medication Management & Dispensing: Ensuring accurate and efficient drug administration.
- Inventory Management & Drug Forecasting: Maintaining optimal stock levels and forecasting needs.
- Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance: Adhering to legal standards and ensuring high-quality services.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong supplier partnerships.
- Cost Management & Budgeting: Controlling expenses and optimizing budgets.
Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
