Job overview
- The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering complex IT projects across infrastructure, applications, and ERP domains.
- This includes planning, coordinating, and executing initiatives to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure collaboration and accountability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issue resolution.
- Lead risk management, quality assurance, testing, and system integration activities.
- Manage change initiatives, including communication, training, and user adoption strategies.
- Document requirements, align outcomes with organisational strategy, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and guide project team members to promote capability development and high performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field;
- Advanced degree or certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP) preferred.
- 15 years of delivering IT project ad transformational projects with a track record in large-scale infrastructure, application, or ERP projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Experience managing budgets, risks, vendors, and stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and ERP systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in change management and user adoption.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in utilities, government, or large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, or IT service management frameworks.
- Background in cloud migration, cybersecurity, or enterprise software projects.
- Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams.
