Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join a fast-growing logistics company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing receivables, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and process accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

•Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records.

•Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger with the general ledger on a monthly basis.

•Identify, investigate, and resolve receivable discrepancies.

•Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial controls and procedures.

•Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager/Head of Finance.

Requirements

•Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in finance or accounting, preferably working with multinational clients.

•Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting procedures.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and banking/accounting software.

•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
