Personal Assistant
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Description
- The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO will serve as the right hand to the executive, providing high-level administrative, logistical, and personal support. This role requires impeccable organizational skills, strong business acumen, a refined sense of discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury-driven environment.
- The successful candidate will anticipate the CEO’s needs, manage complex schedules, and represent the executive with professionalism and poise in all internal and external interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements (both business and personal).
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-ups.
Operational Coordination:
- Liaise with department heads to ensure smooth communication and project follow-through.
- Track priorities and deadlines to ensure the CEO remains focused on key objectives.
- Assist in organizing company events, client meetings, and luxury property showcases.
- Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and excellence in execution.
Personal Support:
- Oversee personal appointments, errands, and travel logistics for the CEO and family as needed.
- Coordinate with household staff, private service providers, and external vendors.
- Ensure a seamless integration between the CEO’s professional and personal obligations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally within real estate, hospitality, finance, or lifestyle management.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, CRM systems).
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; available outside of standard business hours when necessary.
