What You’ll Do
- Edit engaging faceless YouTube videos
- Use stock footage, motion graphics, text overlays, and sound design to tell compelling stories
- Maintain fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality
- Follow scripts and bring them to life creatively
- Add background music, sound effects, and smooth transitions
- Keep up with current YouTube editing trends and retention strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience editing faceless YouTube content (must provide portfolio or samples)
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention
- Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software
- Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines consistently
- Creative mindset — not just editing, but enhancing the content
- Good communication and openness to feedback
Nice to Have:
- Experience with viral-style or high-retention YouTube content
- Motion graphics or animation skills
- Understanding of YouTube audience psychology.
