Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatch Rider based in Lagos, Nigeria.
- The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for delivering goods to various locations promptly and safely, maintaining delivery records, and providing excellent customer service.
- The role also involves planning delivery routes, ensuring the motorcycle assigned is in good condition, and communicating effectively with the dispatch team to address any challenges encountered during delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid motorcycle riding license and familiarity with Lagos routes
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accurate delivery logs
- Basic knowledge of traffic rules and road safety regulations
- Physical fitness and ability to handle parcels of various sizes
- Experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
