Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Teach and manage a nursery class of young learners effectively.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that make learning interesting and engaging.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence in pupils.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and moral conduct.
- Monitor and assess pupils’ progress and provide feedback to parents and school management.
- Communicate effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
- Be friendly, approachable, and professional in interactions with pupils and staff.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the school by participating in school activities and initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of OND in Education or related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience teaching nursery classes.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to make learning fun, engaging, and effective for young children.
- High moral character and professionalism.
- Punctual, friendly, and approachable to pupils.
- Willingness to grow professionally and contribute to the school’s development.
